The Revive Room – Client Policy, Code of Conduct & Cancellation Policy At The Revive Room, our mission is to create a calm, safe, and professional environment that supports healing and relaxation for every client. To maintain this standard and ensure the safety and respect of both clients and therapists, the following policies are in place: ⸻ 1. Right to Decline or Modify Services    •   Massage therapy services are provided based on the client’s health information and the therapist’s professional judgment.    •   Therapists reserve the right to decline, modify, or end a session if any condition or information indicates that massage may be unsafe or contraindicated.    •   Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their health history, medications, and current physical condition. ⸻ 2. Client Hygiene and Sanitation    •   We kindly ask that clients arrive to their appointment clean and well-groomed to maintain a sanitary and pleasant environment for both client and therapist.    •   Please cover or properly bandage any open cuts, wounds, or skin irritations before your session.    •   Clients presenting with contagious skin conditions or open wounds may be asked to reschedule for health and safety reasons. ⸻ 3. Drug and Alcohol Policy    •   The use of drugs or alcohol before or during an appointment is strictly prohibited.    •   Clients who arrive under the influence will be denied service and charged a cancellation fee equal to the full session rate. ⸻ 4. Professional Boundaries and Conduct    •   All massage sessions at The Revive Room are strictly professional and therapeutic.    •   Any inappropriate behavior—including sexual comments, advances, or actions that make the therapist feel unsafe or disrespected—will result in immediate termination of the session.    •   The full session fee will be charged, and the client will be permanently prohibited from scheduling future appointments.    •   If necessary, law enforcement may be notified. ⸻ 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect both your time and that of our therapists, please review our cancellation guidelines below:    •   Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.    •   Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.    •   No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be eligible to rebook future appointments.    •   A credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. ⸻ 6. Arrival & Timeliness Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to ensure you receive your full session. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full session fee will still apply. ⸻ 7.
